MANAGEMENT:

H. Vance White, Chairman and Director, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. H. Vance White, served as President of Hawk Uranium Inc from 2003 until September 2009, and now serves as interim President and Chief Executive Officer (since December 11, 2009). He has served as a Director of Hawk since 1983. Mr. White also serves on the Board of Directors of TSX Venture Exchange-listed Atikwa Minerals Corporation, Kalahari Resources Inc. and Tawsho Mining Inc. Until July 10, 2009, Mr. White served as Chairman and a Director of OTC Bulletin Board-listed Wits Basin Precious Minerals Inc. He has also been a director and/or officer of several other reporting issuers, including AfriOre Limited and Dickenson Mines Limited.

Walter E. Brooks, Vice-President-Corporate Development and Director
Mr. Brooks is self-employed and has been an advisor to various natural resource exploration and development companies.

Gaetan Chabot: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Chabot is a seasoned executive with extensive management and financial experience, and is a key player in the acquisition and integration of businesses with a strong emphasis on planning, analysis & control, cash management, and systems development. He has worked with Price Waterhouse covering a broad spectrum of clients, including such high profile names as Joseph E. Seagrams, NCR Canada and Abitibi-Price. Mr. Chabot was CFO of the Fletcher Leisure Group, Popsicle Industries, and Good Humor-Breyers of Unilever for 15 years. In 1998, Mr. Chabot founded GDC Management Services to assist companies with strategic/business planning, evaluation of mergers and acquisitions, performance of due diligence, review and implementation of systems and procedures.

Randy Singh, P.Geo: Exploration Manager
Mr. Singh has worked as a geologist in various capacities for a number of major companies, including Utah Mines Ltd., HBMS, Noranda, Syncrude and Placer Dome as well as for a number of juniors including Golden Star Resources, Guyana Gold Corp., Venezuelan Goldfields, South American Goldfields, Queenstake Resources and Gold Port Resources.

Birks Bovaird
Mr. Bovaird has been President and CEO of Cenit Corporation, a Canadian holding company, since June 2004, and was President and CEO of Toorak Holdings Limited, a private corporate finance and investment company from 2002 to 2004. He is currently chairman of the board of directors and a member of the audit committee of the TSX-listed Energy Fuels In., a director and chair of the audit committee of the TSX Venture Exchange-listed UNOR Inc., and a director of Fort Chimo Minerals Inc. Mr. Boviard has also been chairman of the board of directors of Century II Holdings Inc. and a director and chair of the governance and audit committees of HMZ Metals Limited.

Michael C. Newbury, P.Eng.
Mr. Newbury is a professional engineer, banker and project finance specialist with over 30 years experience in the operation, financing and evaluation of natural resource projects, primarily mining. His mining and technical expertise, as well as financial and engineering capabilities, enable the evaluation and assessment of projects, to the development of operational plans and financial structures that manage project risk, minimize equity requirements and maximize shareholder value. Mr. Newbury has a B.Sc. from McGill University, managed Barclays Bank’s World Mining Group and the Credit Suisse Corporate Banking Group. He was one of the initial partners in Endeavour Financial and provided his technical expertise to that group for over 10 years. He has extensive experience in the evaluation and financial structuring of natural resource projects in emerging market countries including Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, South Africa, China and Venezuela. Currently he operates as an independent consultant and is on the Boards of a number of junior mining companies. Mr. Newbury is Hawk’s designated Qualified Person (QP) for geological reporting.

Richard E. Nemis
Mr. Nemis was born in Sudbury, Ontario Canada 1938, graduated St. Charles College, Sudbury, Ontario, University of Ottawa and Osgoode Hall Law School and called to the bar in the Province of Ontario as Barrister and Solicitor in 1968. Practiced law continuously until approximately 1995, which practice was in the field of corporate, commercial and securities law. From 1980 to 2008, Mr. Nemis served as the President and CEO of Noront Resources Ltd. In 2008 Mr. Nemis was named Chairman Emeritus of Noront for life in recognition of his outstanding pivotal contributions to that company’s success, which included the discovery of “The Ring of Fire” McFaulds Lake area, north eastern Ontario. Also during his tenure with Noront, Noront funded the exploration and discovery of the Beaver Brook Antimony Mine, Gander, Newfoundland. Mr. Nemis established Central Crude Ltd. which subsequently was changed to River Gold Mines Inc. and which currently trades on the TSE. While President and CEO of Central Crude the company discovered and developed the Eagle River Gold Mine, Wawa, Ontario which is currently in production. Also during President of Central Crude, the company was associated with the Moss Lake Deposit located west of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Also during Presidency of Central Crude, was instrumental of a large oil and gas field in Ohio USA located in the Cleveland area and known as the Geauga County Gas Field. Mr. Nemis was associated with Mr. V.N. Harbinson and associated with a number of the Harbinson group of companies, including Consolidated Durham Mines, Spooner Mines and Oils and Dominion Explorers, Noble Mines and Oils, Onaping Resources. Mr. Nemis is currently a senior member and part owner of what is considered to be the largest structural steel fabricator in northern Ontario, operating since 1946 out of Sudbury, Ontario.
